The programme is designed for anyone who likes to keep fit on the bike. The sessions are a mixture between fat burn and strength providing you with an increase in fitness. The sessions can be performed on the road, on the turbo, on the rollers, on a wattbike or any other static gym bike. All you need is watch, clock or interval timer to take you through the sessions.
