My name is Charline and I want to help you power your range and become the best athlete you can be.
When you start out training you think it’ll be a few hours a day on the track, field or in the pool and you’ll keep improving, but we don’t fully realise how much of a toll it takes on the body.
When I was a cyclist I used to work harder than anyone, training through pain in pursuit of being the best I could be. I even won a Commonwealth Silver medal, but the Gold was out of reach.
If I knew then what I know now about the importance of joint health and recovery I could have pushed even harder, felt as good as I do now and maybe even have gotten further in my career.
That’s why I am so passionate about spreading the unbelievable benefits of POWER YOUR RANGE to athletes like you and helping you get the accolades you work hard for and deserve.
Because I have been where you are I know all about the highs of victories and the lows of losing and I have experienced what you are going through. But with my support you can improve your movement and recovery and become your absolute best.

The classes work perfectly in with my lifestyle as an athlete because of the flexibility of the online program which means I can work them in when I can. Cha is a wonderful teacher and motivator and her passion for movement is contagious.

WHAT YOU’LL GET IF YOU SIGN UP
Access to the private Instagram and Facebook page where all of the live Power your Range sessions will be uploaded. You will be able to join 2 live sessions per week (subject to availability) or catch up in your own time. You will have access to 8 sessions per month, 6 x 35min whole body mobility sessions and 2 x 50min sessions targeting 2 main areas.
The zoom code and password will be posted in the facebook and instagram pages.
DROP IN SESSIONS
Get accountable with the 2 x drop in zoom sessions per week subject to availability. Be sure to check the weekly timetable on Charline’s Sport Specific mobility facebook page as times and days may change. Link below…

When you join Power your Range you will have the benefits of the facebook page and instagram accounts to ask any questions and you are welcome and encouraged to post progress videos or photos.You will always have the supportive online community in your mobility journey.
CHALLENGES
Like a challenge? An optional challenge will be set every 3 months. By sharing your before and after videos and photos we can all help each other progress.

Having been doing the Power your Range mobility sessions regularly for the past few months I can now really feel the benefit of specific mobility work both on and off the bike .The movements target sore areas that I often struggle with, both stretching and strengthening.
