Yes
How did you get into your sport?
My Dad was a cyclist and I just wanted to be like him, he helped me get my first mountain bike and let me come on Sunday MTB runs it all just rolled from there and I fell in love with cycling.
How has Power your Range helped your performance in your sport?
PYR has helped me with my flexibility and strength in all areas of my body, but it’s allowed me to be able to get into a super aggressive aerodynamic position and still distribute the power to the pedals while maintaining a solid core throughout every pedal stroke.
What’s your favourite thing about Power your Range?
There’s a lot I love about PYR, but I would say Coach Cha’s infectious positive energy leaves me feeling amazing after every session.
If you could choose any other Olympic sport to be in what would it be and why?
It would be Tae Kwon Do. I studied TKD for 12 years before the club shut down. It has played a massive part in how I live my life, it’s a great Martial art and I’d love to represent my country doing it.
