Did you enjoy sport growing up?
Loved it! All sports really but mainly football.

How do you keep fit and exercise now?
THW hiit sessions, gym and still play football.

Has your relationship with exercise and fitness always been the same?
Has only really happened again in the last few years since meeting you! Haha

You have a new business, can you tell us a little bit about it?
My new business is used car sales. I now have many years experience working in the automotive industry & thought I’d go it alone and loving it!

Starting a business can take up a lot of your time? How do you fit exercise in?
I make sure I set 30 mins aside in a day, usually the morning to do a hiit session or a light run, and football at nights which is great catching up with the boys and a good workout, for me it’s vital in order for me to perform when it comes to the business.

Do you have any fitness goals?
My goals fitness wise are to beat my current time on a 10k and todo at least 100 miles per week on the bike.

If someone out there is struggling with fitting exercise in with a lifestyle with no routine what would your advice be?
Make the time! It’s just as important as everything else in your day so make the time and feel the benefit! It then becomes a habit and just the norm to fit exercise in each day plus it’s fun and makes you feel amazing!

What do you love most about Three Hiit Wonder?
The fact you can do it anywhere at anytime with no equipment! The team spirit in the group and how quickly you can see the difference not just in your body but mindset which then leads to all sorts of achievements in your day to day life.

How has THW helped you in life?
Massively! it’s now a habit. Fitter body and fitter mind and just happier in general!

Give us one tip to stay motivated?
‘Failure can’t live with persistence’
So never give up on anything. If you want it enough you’ll get it!

What is your life tip to live by?
Just do the things that make you happy and always push yourself that little bit extra! Just because something is hard it’s not impossible
