What is Animal Flow? I have never tried it before.
Animal Flow improves your strength, mobility, flexibility, power, and endurance. Take your body through multi-planar movements and increase your core and bodyweight strength and mobility!
Do I need to be flexible to attend this event?
Not at all! This type of movement is welcomed to all levels of fitness, the only requirement is a smile and an open mind to new movement.
