After getting married at Carrick Castle Estate in 2018 I knew instantly that this was where I wanted to host retreats. With the Luxurious feel of the lodge and beautiful scenery of Scottish mountains and Loch Goilhead itself, it makes for the most perfect location.
Need a weekend to get away? Refresh the mind? Reboot the body? Chill out? Relax and feel ready to get back to reality and motivated to continue a healthy lifestyle
Come and join me and the Dynamique Retreats team as we take you through a journey of yoga, fitness, outdoors and the most delicious healthy food.
What’s included – below is a rough schedule of what’s included in each retreat. All of the activities below will be optional.
Retreat #5 – relax and unwind
4 Yoga classes (a mixture between vinyasa and yin – catered for beginners to intermediate)
2 Animal Flow sessions
1 Group barn workout (catered for all abilities)
2 x down time activities (TBC)
1 Guided walk(weather dependant)
4 guided meditations
All meals included (all healthy meals with a few optional treats)
All tea/ coffee/ smoothies / cold drinks included
Full use of the Spa (hot tub, sauna, steam room)
Retreat #6 – reset and energise
4 Yoga classes (a mixture between vinyasa and yin – catered for beginners to intermediate)

1 downtime activity
3 guided meditations
All meals included (all healthy meals with a few optional treats)

14 spaces available in Luxury Lodge – £710 per person
5 twin or double rooms to share
2 en suite double rooms to share
6 spaces available in Whisperwood House – £620 per person
1 twin en suite room to share
2 twin/double double en suite rooms to share
This retreat is designed in a way that you can participate in all the activities or choose to be selective. For example you may want to chill at the lodge and use the spa facilities while some of us head out for a walk or you may want to only do the yoga and miss out the workouts. Whatever you choose, the idea is to create a weekend of what YOU want, and what YOU feel that you need.
